AEI service

Repair begins by identifying the source of damage

Before intervening, we review the surface, moisture, traffic and base condition. This allows us to distinguish between localized repair, preventive maintenance and a leak that requires a different solution.

01

Asphalt repair

Treatment of cracks, potholes, surface wear and damaged areas on access roads, internal roads, platforms and circulation areas.

02

Building parking areas

Maintenance of pavements, ramps, circulation areas and joints, scheduled by sector to reduce interference.

03

Slab leaks

Inspection and treatment of cracks or water entry points in concrete slabs and compatible surfaces.

Technical crack sealing to control water entry through a slab

Localized sealing and waterproofing

Treatments compatible with each surface

SCPlus and SGA Plus address different repair and sealing needs. Selection depends on material, crack movement, moisture and the way the area is used.

  • Repair of asphalt pavements and potholes
  • Maintenance of parking areas and ramps
  • Crack sealing in asphalt and concrete
  • Localized treatment of slab leakage points

Service methodology

Assess, repair and control

The final solution is confirmed according to the source of damage, substrate, moisture and conditions of use.

  1. 01Inspection of damage, moisture, traffic and surface condition
  2. 02Diagnosis of the source and definition of a compatible treatment
  3. 03Cleaning, preparation and localized repair of the area
  4. 04Application, drying control, reopening and maintenance recommendations

Frequently asked questions

Before treating the surface

What asphalt damage can AEI assess?

Cracks, potholes, surface loss, porosity and wear in parking areas, access roads, internal roads and platforms. The solution is defined after inspecting the base and pavement condition.

Can maintenance be completed in phases?

Yes. In building parking areas and active facilities, a zone-by-zone sequence can be proposed, considering access, drying times and reopening conditions.

Can every slab leak be solved with a sealant?

Not necessarily. The source, crack condition and surface type must first be identified. AEI recommends a treatment only when it is technically compatible with the observed problem.

Technical assessment

Tell us where the damage is

Indicate the surface type, location, approximate area, traffic, moisture and available photographs. AEI will review the information before recommending a treatment.
